| We went to The Star and Garter with our two children for a Sunday roast. It was excellent, food was good and the staff friendly and helpful, even my fussy two year old ate every bit!!! | Visited after reading last review, regarding change of hands. I must agree that this is friendly local pub. My beer was great and I cannot fault my meal, for quantity, quality, or service. | Now under new managment. No longer a biker's pub, the Star and Garter has returned to being a friendly village pub. New menus, new decor and a complete refit has given the pub a totally new face. | we visted the pub we found the pub full of bikers useing foul and abbusive language for a famliy that was eating there we were not impressed atall the food was not hot and the service was slow to say the least and I and my family will not be returning there again would not recomend this place to anybody with children [Report for Removal] | mr r welch northampton northamptonshire |
