| The restaurant looks like a cheap cafe with plastic menus (which we had to go find for ourselves, despite being greeted by the waitress on the way in) and a distinct smell of grease in the air. Everything came with chips and peas, which is fair enough except for the associated price tag (average of £8 for a main course and £11 for fish and chips!). We asked if we could get a smaller version of something from the menu as one of our party had a small appetite. We were told we would have to pay full whack for anything we ordered...not very helpful. The food was acceptable but substantially overpriced. The biggest rip off was the £1 additional charge to swap chips for 3 (yes 3) new potatoes?!! Would not recommend at all.[Report for Removal] | Bex Warrington Cheshire |

| The worst meal i have ever had the cauliflower nearly broke teeth the chicken was obviously sat for several hours the yorkshire pudding tasted and looked like aunt bessies the waitress was asked for some ketchup but never returned and after speaking to the barman was informed that the man comes in to prepare the food in the morning and the young lads are left to reheat and serve the food, LOVELY, ALL I CAN SAY IS IF YOU WANT A NICE ENJOYABLE MEAL DO NOT GO HERE.[Report for Removal] | stephen mcgall banbury oxon |
