| It was my mums 60th birthday and the worst meal ever, service disgusting and meal not much better, staff not bothered at all, my sister-in-law heard them calling us names from were she was sat in front of other diners, management not interested I think they need to go on a customer service course, and need to learn what to be polite and pleasant mean.[Report for Removal] | Heather Stephens Worksop Nottinghamshire |
