| THIS PUB IS LIKE A CATTLE MARKET ON A WEEKEND AND UNLESS YOUR SERIOUSLY DEFORMED TO THE POINT OF BEING SCARED TO LOOK AT YOUSELF IN THE MIRROR YOU ARE GUARANTEED TO AT LEAST GET BLOWN. | This is my second review of this pub. Last night I went, for the first time to their "acoustic buskers evening" which is on every Tuesday. It was most entertaining with a wide range of music tastes from the 40's blues via the Beatles,Rolling Stones and Donovan to the present day. Approx. 9 acts performed two songs each and it finished with several of the entertainers joining in a "jam session". Most enjoyable evening with bar snacks supplied midway. | The Keelboat is a small local village pub with live entertainment : pool ; TV sports. The customers are friendly and chat congenual. However this good be so much better if a no smoking area was established. [Report for Removal] | George Dickey Washington Tyne & Wear |
