| Had a lovely meal here. The food was clearly homecooked and served piping hot. The quality of the meat was very good. Didn't have the fish but it certainly looked good with a very crispy batter! | Possibly the most unfriendly pub I have ever visited. Staff too busy having a fag and talking with eachother to bother about customers. Beer was nothing special. Too hot, too smokey and too small. Half the pub is laid out as an eating area that is empty at night and could be used for seating. Not impressed and won't return. I would rather stay at home. | very smoky and not a friendly place at all in fact they seemed to discourage any kind of frivolity normally encountered in a cosy bar.
