| We went to Ye Three Fyshes on Saturday 21st Feb with our 2 young children, looking for a warm welcome and good food. That's exactly what we got! The children were welcomed by friendly staff who were eager to please and explain their "new Menu". I chose a sardine and red onion salad which was very tasty, although I was expecting grilled sardines. My son had a generous kids portion of eggs ham and chips- of course he was happy. My husband actually chose a meal from the specials board- pheasant in a red wine sauce which he really enjoyed too. A very generous portion again with bacon and a good reduction. As a side we chose olives and bread- presented very well again although the olives were straight out of brine and would have been better with some sort of sauce/flavouring.
