| What can I say!? I have just returned from a Canal boat holiday. We didnt have the best weather for it but that didnt stop us from enjoying ourselves!! We stopped at the Navigation Inn, Cosgrove and Saturday night. We (8 people), had a three course meal that night and throughtly enjoyed it! Infact we were so impressed we mored up for the night and returned for a Sunday lunch before heading off. We were very happy once again. How many pubs can you go to and have fantastic home made Yorkshire puddings!!!! I am a chef myself and was well impressed. The Veg was al dente and seasoned to perfection. Very good food. You must try the Chocolate Brownie!! The cask ale selection was also very good. I would reccomend this place to anyone. | If you stop at this pub for a meal, then my advice to you would be to steer clear of the sunday roasts as the veg's and the roast potatoes were very poor, ( £8.95), 16 of us ate and on the whole most of what we had was average, although there delays in the service, we chose this pub as we had eaten there before and had a lovely meal however this time it spoilt the golden anniversary we were celebrating.
