| We went to The Woolpack pub to celebrate my daughters G.C.S.E results, we have been many times before both just for a drink and for a meal. My parents were with us, my mother ordered the tuna and prawn salad, with no peppers as she is violently allergic, her exact words were" no peppers please, not red or green, no peppers at all", we were assured this was not problem, however the salad arrived with yellow peppers on it, The meal was politely returned and arrived again closely folowed by the landlandy who was extremely rude and told us in future when we order something if we don't want something on the plate we should specify, however she would "let it go this time" but she wouldn't again, she was unnessarily rude and aggressive. My husband went to the bar to calmly talk about her unnecessary rudeness and attitude to be met with more rudeness, we were threaten with the police, told to pay our bill and get out and not come back. We left without dessert or coffee. The waiting staff were totally apologetic and couldn't have been nicer. I am 40 years old and have NEVER been asked to leave a pub in my life!But the landlady is obviously totally unsuited to working within this environment. I had arranged a work leaving party to take place at this pub however not suprisingly the venue will now be changed. [Report for Removal] | Mrs Hirons Buckingham Bucks |
