| I used this pub for a reception following a christening. The pub is fairly typical town pub but the real ale is very well kept. They laid on a very good buffet at very low cost and their prices are generally very fair. All facilities are clean and tidy, including the WC's. Comprises a small public bar with darts board, larger lounge bar, with wide-screen TV, some of which is used for bookings when catering for parties.
