| Really good atmosphere, fantastic selection of ales and ciders on the pumps, served at a good temperature for a decent price. Off the main track of this depressing town so avoids trouble, no overbearing music or temperature, just basic pub serving good quality drinks. | Hidden in back street well worth finding for its range of well kept real ales. A pub with no music or fruit machines just good conversation. Has won various CAMRA awards for its beer over the last 3 years or so.[Report for Removal] | john flowers luton beds |

| The Globe has recently re-opened as a Banks & Taylors Real Ale Pub with no less than 12 ales on tap as well various European beers and belgian beers..
