| We normally enjoy our meal here, however the customer service is diabolical, your lucky to even receive a smile. And here the customer is never right, with no apology for an obvious mistake they had made. It is a shame the food is nice, this would be a great place if they replaced the staff.[Report for Removal] | Marie Wakefield West Yorkshire |

| Staff do not smile and are surly. Service extremely slow and bar staff not able to remember an order of more than one drink at a time. Food not memorable. Large portions, but quality and presentation could do with improvement. Large menu but a bit uninteresting and in need of inspiration. Busy but I do not understand why.[Report for Removal] | cheryl otoole woodlesford, leeds West Yorkshire |
