| I am Lincolnshire born and bred, and took my mother out for Sunday lunch. The service was appalling, no one asked if we wanted a starter, we eventually went to the Carvery, to be served by very young inexperienced staff. The beef was touch and yorkshire puddings should not have been served, small, heavy and flat certainly not light and fluffy. We did not have a dessert as again no one came to ask if we would like one. The staff most definately lack customer care and desperately need training in the basics. After complaining I was told a reduction would be made in the bill, but where I don't know. £20 for a J2O, large glass of wine and 2 roast beef dinners!!! SOMEWHERE TO BE AVOIDED AT ALL COST IF YOU LIKE GOOD FOOD AND PLEASANT STAFF. AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!![Report for Removal] | Linda Gravells Louth Lincs |

| Newly re-opened by the lovely Jackie and Dave. They made me feel welcome as a newbie lol! Definitely worth stopping by as it is a lovely place which creates a wonderful atmosphere.
