| On more than one occasion we have been asked either how long we would be or on the last occasion when would we be leaving as they had a lot of people waiting for meals. As the pubs web site states that there is a warm and friendly welcome if you want just a pint or two or a meal I found this attitude to be totally unacceptable. I complained to the owner of the "pub" and got the same kind of attitude. For customer service I would give it a 0/10. | This is one of the best pubs that I have ever visited. It has currently undergone a major redevelopment and the results are spectacular... it looks so modern and clean. The range of beer available is once again top-notch and the food is unbelievably good, with an amazing amount of choice on the menu. Totally loved it, and will definitely be going again!!!!
