| We took my mother in law for a meal and we were made very welcome. My mother in law had the steak and she said it was the best she had had for years, my husband had gammon in scrumpy sauce and I had cumberland sausage on a pile of mashed potato and spring onion. All of us were very impressed with the meals and the staff were lovely. We would recommend this lovely place, they have spent a lot of time and money doing it up but it still has charm. | This is a very friendly and quite place to enjoy a drink and a meal. Situated in the picturesque ceiriog valley. An old coachhouse which has recently been refurbished, The new restaurant opened on the 21-03-08 So if you are staying in the village or just passing through. Gavin(landlord) and his staff will be very glad to see you. When you go please say hello from me and my wife(Barry and Sandra).
