| Went to the BoaT last weekend, some history guys doing some play-acting, very entertaining! Heard it had opened up again with new owners - back to the good old days again - and not before time. Had a great time, good food in a relaxed atmosphere. Place has been smartened up as well.[Report for Removal] | Dave Dysan Frodsham Cheshire |

| I have recently visited the Boat Inn to find that it is under new ownership and I have to say is simply surperb. Kris Boulton, formerly of Brasserie 1016 and Aquavit of Chester is the new Head Chef and he has put together a menu that combines locally sourced produce including Erbistock Ice Cream. There is an extensive wine list sourced from Tanners which means you won't find any of the wines in the shops - brilliant. Not over priced either, the service and roaring log fires made my visit a dream. So much so that I have booked to go on New Years Eve to their Gala Dinner with fireworks and the Rat Pack boys - well worth a visit![Report for Removal] | Karen Turton Mold Flintshire |

| What a lovely find, even after you think perhaps its not really down this road! Beautifully set along the river and nicely layed out inside, it has that oldy worldy yet very modern feel as you stray from one room to another. Food was excellent, and the service was friendly, you get the feeling the staff would go out of their way to make your day a better one. Overall I'd love to live around the corner and make it my local!!![Report for Removal] | Sam prestatyn denbighshire |
