| A great shame that this once brilliant pub has "gone off". This used to be the centre of village life, with a great atmosphere, and always full of locals. Not bad beer and fair food. But it has suffered with a lack of long term landlord, which has meant it has been variable for a few years, but is now the opposite of the old pub, with a poor atmosphere, no locals, etc...
