| Myself and a group of 10(ten) friends went for a meal there and found the attitude of the staff,the chef and most of all the LANDLORD absolutely disgusting.We had booked for a meal for all of us, Steaks are advertised as their best seller so 8(eight) of us ordered them."Sorry we have not got enough steaks",so one meal arrived with two six ounce steaks(burgers)instead of one twelve oz. steak.The steaks were very dry so we ordered sauces,two DIFFERENT sauces,one Diane and two peppercorn. When they arrived they all seemed the same, the diane sauce was highly spiced, the person ordering it is allergic to spices, a confrontation followed, no alternative meal was offered or suggested. When the bill was presented we refused to pay for the one meal that was sent back,as was our right, after MORE confrontation the police were called.The landlord came out, very irate and told us we were all barred and not to come back" especially you, you f$%^&ing dyke". When the police arrived statements were taken then the officer told us it was a civil matter for the landlord to persue.
