| A cosy little "back street boozer", it is open 7 days a week under a new landlady (Elizabeth Barker). They have a quiz night every Sunday at 9.30, it is a good night out and the questions aren't too difficult: they are involved in various local pub competitions [3-D (Darts, Dominoes, Welch Don) on Mondays, Pool on Tuesdays, Women's Darts on Thursdays, Men's Darts on Fridays) and offer a free pool table on Wednesdays.
