| I used to go to The Star regularly and it was always a great night out. I went there with friends recently and see it has changed hands yet again and I was really disappointed at how grotty it is now. The regular bar staff seem to have stayed and they were good, as they always were, but it was really unclean and it's not as busy and lively as it used to be. The sofa's wouldn't look amiss in the local tip - the inners are all falling out all over the place and the place was just ... dirty. A shame as it used to be such a good pub to go to.
