| I am an American who has had the distinct pleasure of killing many pints of freezing Guiness at Jacko's. The place is exactly what you would think a Scottish pub should be. The bartender was a very good looking girl named Rachael (this was some years ago) and she could not have been nicer. Go drink at this pub.
