| Recently the site has been taken over by Phoenix Inn Ltd who have leased the site from Elizabeth Holdings and have big plans for it including setting up a small newsagents and general store within the existing site. Our management team will be working closely with local residents in order to turn the business around and make it a credit to the local community. We know this will take time and money but as a company we are prepared to put the time and effort into the business to make it work for everyone.
