| Lovely old pub which still mainatains a proper bar where locals meet. The restaurant is downstairs and is warm and atmospheric with candles on the tables and in the winter a roaring log fire. The menu is varied and the service is really efficient. I had Thai fishcakes which were absolutely delicious and the steak was excellent.
