| Outstanding welcome and personal touch. We were a party of 12 that decended on this pub without warning but nothing was too much trouble and everything we ordered was well cooked and weel presented. The beers were also good (try the 'Landlord'). A casual remark made between ourselves about one of the party celebrating his birthday resulted in a a small cake including candle at the end of the meal. Many thanks for also printing out the Grand National runners for us as these were for just a bit of fun between ouselves. | Excellent food. Brilliant service. A pub just like pubs used to be. No frills, simple interior, but it is the landlord, landlady and the staff who make it so good. Book if you want to go for Sunday lunch.[Report for Removal] | Ian and Rose Norman Weston Herefordshire |
