| normally i would not complain but on this occasion i need to warn you if you are in a large party that has prebooked a table. on july 15th i went for a meal with my extended familly of 16 .The waitress took the table orders and rechecked being such a large group and within 20 minutes all the meals arrived looking very good minus mine after 5 minutes the apology came weve forgotten to cook yours after another 20 minutes i gave up as everyone else had finished eating they did then offer my money in compensation but then it reappeared on the bill so i would certainly say an experience that i will never forget for all the wrong reasons[Report for Removal] | ian griffiths hereford herefordshire |
