| Dined out here a couple of weeks ago,having heard that the woolpack was a nice place to eat at. First impressions were high as we arrived, the overall look of the place was very nice.Female staff all had low slung jeans which showed of their bum cracks, which, when eating wasn't very nice!! First drinks arrived with no ice, but had requested ice!!Asked a member of staff who was passing the table for some ice, but she never came back, so I had to go to the bar and help myself to some! Ordered food but had to wait some 30min's for it. While we were waiting, I ordered a white wine. In the end I had to go and get it off the bar, as nobody seemed to be bothered enough to bring it over to us!! When they finally came out with the order, one dish, steak,mushrooms and chips, was missing the mushrooms. Asked again a member of staff where the mushrooms were and she told me, "it doesn't come with mushrooms!!" so I had to go and get the menu and show it to another member of staff to prove my point!! At this time not one member of staff came over to ask if the meal was alright, preferring to pass each other giggling as they did so.It seemed to us that they weren't taking the job serious enough. It's a pity their website hasn't got a review page. The kids they employ are just empty headed. Management take note.
