| The service is good, the beer fantastic and the building itself full of old world charm! what more could you ask from a pub? I haven't personally eaten there yet but hear from others that the food is good! | May i say that it is such a breath of fresh air to enter such a quaint olde english pub as the eight bells in LONG CRENDON.It is such a delight to be welcomed by a lovely landlady HELEN.Her hospitable attitude blends in to the pubs great atmosphere with the morris dancers and locals alike.The food is great,the real ales are well maintained,and the pub snacks are really tasty especially the River Valley products.full marks to the whole team in making all who visit and frequent this wonderful hostelry.may it always be there.i have only been there twice.As i live in berkshire i can only visit at weekends in future so roll on the end of each week.thnkyou again to all the staff at the eight bells for their good nature and willingness to make this pub supreme..[Report for Removal] | HEAD TEACHER reading berkshire |
