| This pretty 17th century building that was originally an old bakery has loads of charm and great atmosphere, its own car park to the rear of the building and an outside garden area for the warm weather. The pub is under recent new management and my companions and i found staff to be very welcoming, there was a warm log fire, good food and great beer and unlike the last reviewer we found the pub clean and comfortable, we had been out walking in the snow and found this pub by chance. It is situated on Downley common, so a bit out of the way to find, but we would highly recommend a visit.[Report for Removal] | Margaret High Wycombe Bucks |
