| I only posted my review last week, before visiting the Foresters on 30th October. Unfortunately this pub is under new management and the food is not good and the beer poor. We had arranged to meet all the family for a good night out but we actually left 20 minutes later. | We were told about this pub by a friend and have enjoyed several visits since. The food is wholesome cooking with plenty of variety at a good price. We generally go on a Friday teatime and by the time we leave which is approx 8pm it is busy. | The restaurant here is one of the best I have ever experienced for a Sunday Lunch. Fine Dining at its best.I have been today with my daughter and we are so impressed we have booked a party of 20 for her 24th Birthday. PS: we are not easily impressed but we were today.
