| My partner ordered the duck and I ordered the fish. The duck arrived luke warm and so he asked if they could heat it up. It came back and was still luke warm but when he asked for it to be heated up again, the waitress got very annoyed and said 'it would be cold if it was being taken backwards and forwards to the kitchen'. This could have been avoided if they had heated it up the first time. It came back hot but when they took the dishes away, we were asked if we had enjoyed our meal. My parnter said that he was dissapointed with the meal. The waitress said ' I knew from the moment you walked in the door that we wouldn't be able to please you'. I was quite shocked that she could speak to her customers like that. When we asked a man in shorts, who was in charge he said the waitress was! He asked what the problem was and when we said the duck wasn't hot, he said it wouldn't be hot as you ordered it 'cooked medium'. When we questioned this he said he was a chef and so he should know how it would be cooked not us! We have since asked quite a few chef's if meduim duck is served luke warm and they have all said NO it should be hot. They were both very agressive, when they should have tried to sort it out, as it was our money that was paying the bill.
