| This restaurant has gone from being excellent to distinctly average since my last visit approx 3 years ago. I was really looking forward to visiting the Wild Duck after my previous visit but was really disappointed. It charges the prices to warrant something exceptional, but what you get is something you could have easily made yourself - and in fact made better yourself.[Report for Removal] | Liz Chippenham Wiltshire |

| Having just returned from an evening at the Wild Duck Inn via the local chip shop to help our hunger pangs. 45 mins plus to take our order "The kitchen is a bit busy at the moment, we'll come over when we can" - never heard anything like it. Then despite being told that the food would follow soon after the order, 45 mins later still no sign. A large christmas party we were told had been served started receiving their main course, so ours nowhere in sight, an hour and a half later having had no food, we finally walked out in despair, angrry and hungry...
