| I can only sum up our visit on 14/10/08 as extremely disappointing although it was highly recommended to us a by a couple who had last visited it in 2006; clearly it's slipped well off it's previous pedestal. High prices combined with staff who didn't appear to appreciate what customer service was about and food that can only be described as uninteresting and bland made for an evening I'd like to forget.
