| This place looks great from the outside. It's just a pity that the Management and staff couldn't compliment that. The staff have a couldn't care less attitude to customers, and usually ignore people waiting to be served at the bar. They are more interested in chatting to each other. The tables are dirty and don't get cleaned after each meal is finished. The glasses are very rarely lifted from tables. We had a table next to us that had dirty plates and glasses on it for more than 20 minutes before amember of staff cleared it( only because someone wanted to sit there and complained). Don't even think about the food. It's disgusting and very poorly cooked and presented. | Bar staff doing their best, however think the kitchen staff need a rethink as the food was terrible, can only think management should shoulder some responsibility here though as they obviously think the food is ok to put out to customers, maybe if it wasnt so dark inside the'd see it better, would definately give this one a miss[Report for Removal] | Belle Newton Mearns Lanarkshire |
