| Arrived shortly before start of evening service. Made to hang about to exactly advertised time and watched several people go else where (wish we had) and watched staff arrive with major supermarket value brand goods (suspect for customers consumption) Purchased drink whilst waiting (sent back due to mixer being served from plastic bottle and was flat) Eventually ordered meal steak pie cold, fish batter greasy & stodgey, waitress made no attempt to aknowledge problem and on coming to clear plates (that were still full) still did not ask. Requested word with manager who offered change of meal (no compensation) we left without paying and won't be back[Report for Removal] | dissapointed glasgow east dimbartonshire |
