| This pub has just been "lightly" refurbished, so it's still got plenty of character, and you can still enjoy the amazing views over the exe estuary. There are frequent events here, for locals and holiday makers. They even have a skittles alley. The food is excellent, piping hot and good quantities. Enormous choice on the menu. | Having seen the details of this pub we thought we would visit whilst camping in the area.The pub does advertise FOOD ALL DAY we went in the afternoon to get a meal to be told - rudely I might add that they change the menu for afternoon so you can only get sandwiches. We visited again just incase the attitude was a one off but NO we were met with rudeness again! Needless to say we did not visit again, our opinion is that this pub capitalizes on the views but looses sight of what good customer service is.
