| 10 of us poured in yesterday lunchtime unexpectedly. They treated us wonderfully in a informal atmosphere [more of a local pub, than a formal hotel], putting tables together, making sure we had everything we needed, etc. We were served with a good menu of quality food [special mention has to go the lovely cooked ham!]. We were a noisy family party, who were looked after with excellent service, good humour and even going the extra mile and putting 3 candles on the birthday girl's dessert!!!
