| We (a party of 9) ordered a beef Sunday dinner. First to be brought out was the beef,roast potatoes, gravy and yorkshire pud on a plate (all cold and with no veg). Then we had to wait as 4 small dishes of assorted veg were brought out - totally insufficient for the amount of people in the party.4 members of my party had no veg. We asked for more veg and were told there was no more available. We then spoke to the manager? who offered us an insulting .75p refund off the cost of each meal (they were bought at £5.50 each). The attitude of the manager? was one of total arrogance. It was a Bank Holiday and they should have been better equipped to deal with parties of holidaymakers especially as they're a tourist attraction. | unique pub built as a result of winning at cards resulting in a building with four chimneys, 52 windows, 13 doors on each of the four floors etc. very large good beer garden with a museum, grandchildren enjoyed the garden and food!!!
