| Myself and my family visit The Castle regularly. The presentation and quality of the food is terrific.The Pub and the restaurant is invariably busy. The Landlord and Landlady (Sam & Gill)seem to work all hours serving 6 brands of Cider, including Taunton Traditional and Westons, plus Real Ales. There is always sonmething going on - Skittles, Shove Ha'penny, Live Music, Pool, Sport on the big screen, plus receptions of one type or another - In the summer held in the large Beer Garden. | After visiting the Castle on many occasions in past years, I was amazed at the transformation since the new restaurant area has opened. It totally exceeded all of my expectations, and I would even go as far as to say that it was the best restaurant meal that I have had in a radius of 25 miles.
