| A decent selection of Badger Beers on draught - Tanglefoot, First Gold and I especially liked Hopping Hare. We ate there twice and rated the food as very good. A lot of locally sourced food. Salads were generous and tasty, steak & ale pie delicious, phesant a littrl dry, guinea fowl excellent, vegetables not quite, syrup sponge superb. Friendly waitresses, but when the landlady (I guess) marched through and her four massive black dogs spread themselves around the room, she made you feel you were intruding.
