| we went to this pub a few weeks ago and just could not fault the carvery - a wonderful choice of meats and vegetables all beautifully cooked. There was a delicious stuffing with almonds. At £8.95 it really is good value particularly as you can go up for a second helping if you can manage it. | Excellent menu, food was very well presented. This was the best side salad I have ever had, there were at least 10 ingredients, much better than the stand lettuce tomato and cucumber that most pubs go for.
