| This is now strictly a restaurant and hotel, not a pub, regulars and drinkers are not welcome, the bar area is deserted and the atmosphere non-existent. Unfortunately the food is of a terrible quality for the price. Shame considering it was a lovely place under the former manager, he moved to the Blackmore Vale, I suggest you join him and go there instead![Report for Removal] | Simon Marnhull Dorset |

| Food isn't up to much considering their prices!!! First meal we had here arrived only luke warm, normally I would complain but decided to put it down to experience. Until we had a work Christams Party invitation. Fish cakes for starter....didn't actually come accross much fish, plenty of potato! Plaice for main course....this was sent back as it didn't looked cooked, it was returned and I was told the "chef" said it was fine, needless to say I left it. | Quite a good atmosphere on the Friday evening Live Music nights. Staff friendly and accommodating. Wine expensive, I'd have lager but unfortunately it Hall n Woodhouse, yukky stuff! Nice place[Report for Removal] | Lorraine Shaftesbury Dorset |
