A truly horrible experienceof sunday lunch with the family, starting when we were told to move because our table was apparently booked for a party. The bench seating around our table was filthy, with ground in food and spilled drinks. The food was truly awful - I paid £8.99 for a fish pie that was horrid - over cooked fish served with gritty frozen broccoli. Cutlery and napkins were rationed, the kids got none at all for their desserts, whereas I was allocated just a spoon. Half the food was off the menu (despite being next door to a supermarket) and what we did manage to order was cold. The salt celler was filthy and so blocked with what looked like baby dribble that the salt had solidified. Staff stayed well away from the table in case we asked for anything, apart from the one who arrived 5 minutes after we had been served to ask if we had finished yet. The kids play area stank of urine - disgusting. I would not go there again for anything.[Report for Removal] C Francis
