| No recent review of the Plough so took a visit last night for a birthday meal.The restaurant was not too busy,but the staff never the less appeared flustered and confused. We ordered 8 meals in total,one of which was correct on arrival,I asked for a mixed grill with rare steak, this appeared and was over done,a friends steak was also over cooked.The vegetables that came with some of the other main courses were bland and uninspiring.Three sweets were ordered after this and they took an absolute age to arrive.Very disappointing as we have visited this pub for food before,and found it very good but it appears to have fallen backwards for some reason.Not sure that i would recommend this establishment for a meal.
