| just had lunch there today with my family never been in for years, staff were polite and helful could not be better, but the food was for the price not very good, had a rare gammon asked what the rare ment the waitress and chef had no idea whats the point of advertizing if you don't know what it is. my wife had a lamb hot sanwich it was rubbish they even put a burnt torkshire pudding on we paid extra for chips waste of money. my daughter had the steak pie and a dolope of mash over £9 it was just not worth the experance much better places than this, overall not going back[Report for Removal] | allan spennymoor durham |

| Just lunched at the above. Food appalling quality and cold. £14.95 for a mixed grill and £10.95 for lamb shank which was inedible. I asked for mint sauce and had two sachets plonked down in front of me. No apologies whatsoever after complaining about the food. The Inn was very cold and delivery men were coming and going all the time we were there. The view outside from our table comprised of empty beer glasses and cigarette butts which had not been cleared away from the night before.
