| Exceptionally warm welcome from the landlord and staff. Nice atmosphere - like sitting in your own front room but with proper beer! Real ales always available (Bass sold from the jug on Sunday lunchtimes - delicious!) Comfy lounge with real fires in winter. Bar with pool table. Large function room available for parties, weddings etc. Karaoke nights held weekly - some real good characters here! There is a mural on the wall of the function room that was uncovered while refurbishing. The landlord is looking for information about it. He would especially like old photos with it shown or info on the artist and the building in the picture.[Report for Removal] | G Heath Beeston Notts |
