Went for Sunday lunch with wife and friends and 2 kiddies, aged 7 and 2. Beautifully refurbished pub in rural location. Pleasant garden and ample car parking. Great menu with restaurant-style choice rather than traditional pub grub. Food (and Beer) excellent, but no Children's menu as apparently "its not that sort of pub". Smaller portions were available. Could be fantastic if just a bit friendlier.[Report for Removal] Mark Lydon

Excellent food, best fillet steak - excellent new re-fit with modern dining room and bar area and outside area very nice for drinking in - staff rather rigid and not over friendly, but would still highly recommend as the meals are the best around.[Report for Removal] Miss Smith
