| A Marsden House, this pub is on the junction of Mawby's Lane and Black Horse Hill in Appleby Magna, just 5 minutes from Junction 11 of the M42. The menu price ranges from about £6 to £12 and includes vegetarian options. Four of us called in there at lunch time on 6/3/08 rather than the M42 Services. Although not very big, it was clean, the service and beer excellent and the food was freshly cooked whilst we waited. The portions were enormous and we can see why this pub was one of Marsden's runners up for Food Pub of the Year in 2007.[Report for Removal] | A Bourne Chipping Sodbury South Glos |
