| We have frequented this restaurant for many years as a family. However, today and the last time we visited, the service was extremely slow and we had to ask for our courses to be served. To top it all - my wife wanted a refill coffee as we had waited so long to be served and when the coffee was brought to the table the waiter said, "The Assistant Manager said you need to pay for this - no free top ups!!" He took it away and probably poured it down the sink!! How mean can you get? - we have spent hundreds of pounds at this pub over the past 20 years - what a disappointment - definitely won't be going again.......
