| We used to love this pub and it was a real treat to go for a meal there. But things have changed. Last night I ordered the avocado and chicory salad. The bits of avocado (approx a quarter of the whole thing) were rock hard. When I complained, I got another with brownish avocado bits! I was told the kitchen staff didn't always know about avocados (WHY NOT???)There was about half a chicory and four or five cherry tomatoes. My light bite was goat's cheese on brucheta which was one small piece of toast. I said I wasn't happy and the cost of the salad was removed but they obviously don't react well to complaints.
