| If you're looking for a traditional country pub with an open fire and a warm welcome, this is the place. If you're looking for a family meal or a romantic meal the service is exceptional! As a parent I have been made to feel uncomfortable in many places if the children have been a little boisterous. I find it extremely refreshing to to find somewhere so versatile. The menu caters for all ages and if you appreciate home cooked food this is the place. I have been informed by a friend who will only eat out here, that they also have a bingo night on a monday and a quiz on a wednesday, although this doesn't interfer if you are looking for a quiet night out.
