| There is a nice atmosphere at the Kings Head. Peaceful, laid back and a nice group of regulars always stood at the bar! The first day we went was a Tuesday lunchtime. The bar maid was rather crass and slightly ignorant, talking over me to a friend whilst I was trying to order a drink. She was apparently more interested in discussing her private life than giving good customer service. Very disappointing. My partner and I stopped in again on the Wednesday evening. As soon as we stepped through the door we were greeted warmly by the (different to the previous) barmaid! She was very polite and friendly and kept us entertained all night long. Deinitely a pleasant change from the lady who served us the day before! All in all, your experience at this pub will definitely vary depending on the bar maid you get.[Report for Removal] | John Tamworth Staffs |
